  • What Do I Wear During & After a BH Spray Tan?
    During: As little or as much as you want. Bronzed Humanity provides a disposable thong if you want to see tan lines or you may use your own (the solution doesn’t stain). Most of our clients go completely nude. Men are required to wear bottoms/speedos. ​ After: Wear loose-fitting, dark clothing (preferably cotton), and sandals. You aren't going to want to wear a bra, or anything that is going to rub on your skin right after your tan. See more instructions on our Spray Tan Prep Page.
  • How Long Will My Spray Tan Session Take?
    Bronzed Humanity’s Luxury Full Body Spray Tan Sessions typically take about 20 minutes (4 minutes to Spray). We schedule New Client appointments for 30 minutes. The spray tan itself will last 7-10 days.
  • How Long Does a Bronzed Humanity Spray Tan Last?
    If taken care of properly a Bronzed Humanity Luxury Spray Tan can last up to 10 days. We teach you how to care for it and make it last. The more natural the products, the better.
  • Does the Bronzing Solution Stain?
    No, the solution doesn't stain. Dihydroxyacetone, or DHA is primarily used as an ingredient in sunless tanning products. It is often derived from plant sources such as sugar beets, cranberries and sugarcane. DHA has long been FDA approved and is completely safe for everyone, including pregnant women and nursing mothers. The amino acids on your skin’s surface respond naturally to the DHA and other complementing ingredients in the tanning formula. The same process occurs when an apple is left out and it “browns.” The result? The most beautiful sunless tan you’ve ever seen.   • Does Bronzed Humanity Contour The Body?
    All Spray Tan artists at Bronzed Humanity are trained at body contouring and airbrush techniques, all can subtly shift the tanning palette to respond to your body’s contours, minimizing perceived “trouble” areas while highlighting your natural assets. This helps make you feel ten pounds lighter, oh the magic of spray tans!
  • Can I Hold My Child After A Spray Tan?
    Yes you can! You will want to be careful why the Spray Tan is developing, too much skin to skin contact CAN transfer onto other skin. After your first rinse, no transfer will happen at all. If you are breastfeeding, please let your Spray Tan Artist know so we can prep your nipple area correctly for a spray tan.
  • What Forms of Payment Does Bronzed Humanity Take?
    We take cash, card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex) and Venmo. Tipping is appreciated, though it is always optional.
  • How Do I Prepare for My Lash Lift Appointment?
    Please arrive to your lash appointment with nothing on or around your eyes, no makeup or residue. We do have face wash in salon if you need to clean your lashes right before your appointment.

    We would love to have you as a VIP Member! There are a couple ways to sign up. 1. You can order a monthly or full year on our Retail Website...Here is the link: Join Membership 2.   • How Do I Cancel My BH VIP MEMBERSHIP?

  • How do you prepare for Body Waxing?
    -Shower Prior to Wax appointment. -Hair Length should be about 1/4th of an inch. -Please resist the urge to shave in between sessions. -Gently exfoliate skin. -Bring along comfortable panties for after. -Relax, this is going to be great.
  • What is Body Wax Aftercare?
    -EXFOLIATE 3-4 Days AFTER your wax. Use a natural exfoliant to prevent in grown hairs. -After your first session, we recommend every 3-4wks, or once hair is 1/4 of an inch long. -Do you want to Work Out or have Sex after a wax? Please wait 24hrs after appointment to allow any irritation to subside. -Spray Tanning should be done 24hrs AFTER your wax if this is your first wax. If you have been waxed before, Spray Tanning can be done after wax appointment. -We take every precaution to be sure that your skin is fully cared for during and after appointment. If you have any questions or problems, please don't hesitate to call or text us.
  • What is the Difference Between Bikini Brazilian & Bikini Full?
    The Bikini Brazilian include the butt strip, the Bikini Full does not.
  • What is the best way to avoid red bumps and ingrown hairs after waxing?

  • Fill Out Facial Intake Form.
    We customize your facials based on your skin type, care and needs. Please fill out our intake form prior to your appointment, so we may get any idea of your skin. You will be text this form as well, please only fill out once.

 

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY 

We ask that you are on time to your scheduled appointment time. If you are over 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your scheduled service(s). If you arrive over 10 minutes late or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you have scheduled and we will be able to help you reschedule for a time that works better for you. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are needing to cancel your appointment, we ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled after the 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you scheduled. Same day cancellations due to Illness or COVID related safety will fall under the 24 hour policy. Please cancel in advance is you are feeling unwell.  

REFUND POLICY

No refunds on Lash Extensions unless photo proof and chance to remedy has failed. Refunds for other services will be based on the individuals situation. We here at BH want you to be satisfied and love your services. If something isn't right, please call and let us know so we can make you happy. 

SPRAY TAN TOUCH UP POLICY

We never anticipate an issue with our spray tans. But if you encounter a problem or issue with your spray tan, we ask that you let us know by with 48 hours of your spray tan. Sending a message with a photo of the issue is the best way to discuss a remedy for the issue. 

 CREDIT CARD POLICY

A credit card will be REQUIRED upon booking. This is to secure any future service(s) you book with us. If your credit card is declined for any previous policy fees, you will be charged at your next appointment. 

 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND

We intentionally send out multiple confirmations / reminders to help you avoid any kind of no show / cancellation fees. Please understand that there will be ZERO EXCEPTIONS to these policies. We do not enforce these policies to be mean. We enforce these policies in order to keep our small business running efficiently and effectively.
